Yes, if they can find six Republican traitors, you might call that fair, but it will be the downfall of the Republican party for a generation. That's the trade-off for those six. Short term "gain" vs. long term pain.

The point is at least it's an up or down vote and not obstruction. I'd rather "fail" and deal with the consequences (it would ensure good nominees) than play this filibuster nonsense.
