I am STILL pi$$ed about Estrada. That might do me in.

If they dump any of Bush's nominees, consider it a HUGH victory for the RATS! A majority party should NOT be caving to ANY of the minority proposals...NONE, ZILCH, ZERO, NADA!! What the hell is wrong with the pubs...UGHHHHHHHHHH! Don't know how long I'll be able to take this.....CALGON TAKE ME AWAYYYYYYYYY!

How about they give up Saad, the Dems agree to no filibuster and Estrada gets to come up for an up or down vote when the Supreme court job opens up?

I still want Estrada brought up for a possible SC vacancy. Since his wife was ill I undertsnad his withdrawal, he may not even wish to go through this again after he death. But I'd love him alongside brown on the Highest Court.
