can you just imagine if that plays out? if all judges go to the full senate, and then we find a bunch of our own guys voting some of them down (in effect, switching their votes, because they normally would have voted for that particular judge) as part of a deal like this to save the rules?

Anyone who caves will pay BIG TIME! I don't sit home during elections but I will damn sure not vote for anyone who caves on this!!!
