Hm---Kennedy just accused the GOP of stopping down the business of the Senate---
Wasn't it REID that refused to allow the committee to meet during these debates on the nominees? If so, then how can Kennedy be correct?
You haven't missed much except Byron Dorgan and Kennedy bloviating lies about the GOP and Brown and Owen.
Democrats have continued their same tired old rhetoric composed of lies, distortions, obstruction, mud slinging and begging RINO's to switch votes. They are irrelevant.
Meanwhile Republicans have been awesome. Right on topic, exposing their hypocrisy, stating the purpose of the Judiciary, defending the Constitution and defending these Justices.
IMO, the most interesting development hasn't been on the floor, though, but in the news Frist will be meeting with prominent black pastors to endorse Brown on Thursday. More info on Hughhewitt's blog.
