Lieberman is the only dem being SPECULATED about breaking ranks. Nelson of Nebraska voted to invoke cloture 18 of 20 times in 2003-4. The two he did not were Pickering and Saad, and I haven't checked to see if he voted on those cloture motions or not.
Depending on how Frist plays this, there may be quite a few DEMs who "cross over."
