They've been using this same speech for the last five years.

As somebody said, they've told so many lies about so many nominees, they've raised the bar so high that when Scalia comes up for chief justice, they're going to have to say he murdered somebody.

That's why I'm suspicious. He scuttles around the halls of Congress like Iago, whispering "insider" stuff to dim-bulb senators and congressmen. I know that is what he did to get Jeffords to jump ship. He was the ONLY one who had the scoop on that story, and since no Rat would talk to him, I think he pushed Jeffords by telling him the dairy subsidy was going to be ditched (which it wasn't). He was entirely too gleeful reporting his scoop to Brit Hume.

Also - send them a note, postcard, letter anything in writing. Sending an email is one thing, but when the letters start piling up they know this person will talk to family, friends, coworkers etc., they pay attention.

Would also suggest that a mini petition drive be started. Write up something expressing your views to your local congress critter and then have friends, family and neighbors sign on with their address, signature and printed name.
