"I attended the Baldwin Park event as a news videographer for an independent program. The coverage we obtained was incredible, thanks to you folks. We were particularly impressed by the fellow screaming "Zarqawi! Yes! Yes!" and "Intifada!" and "Too bad Osama bin Laden did not have a nuclear bomb to drop on that dirty Jew shithole Manhattan!" That guy was a real charmer and it's all on tape. We got broad coverage of many of the obscenities, violence, cries of "Go back to Europe!" and "Our land!", good shots of the elderly lady who was struck in the head.
We plan to air this on local television in Santa Barbara on "What's Right with America" [ http://www.kirkbytv.com ]. I expect that, despite the major media presence, the more extreme stuff won't be aired by anyone else. We've got close to two hours of footage to choose from and we will put in all the juicy bits so the viewers will understand that Mecha/Aztlan is not just about helping Chicano students get educated. Yeah, we got good closeups of the Mecha banner and racist signs too.
After the event, a small group of nearly all white 'progressives' sat down to an after-action review meeting. In particular, one young lady complained of a breakdown of communication. Her statement was, "The progressive thing to do is to push into the police lines to raise the level of police response. But, there was so much confusion they did not catch our signals." It became clear that there was an orchestration by leftist agitators to push the event to the level of violence - just so they could claim police brutality, etc. While we did not get video of this meeting (they were VERY wary about outsiders) we do have a clear shot of this particular young lady in the Mecha mob. They also commented on gaining a new recruit or two - particular persons who displayed real energy and enthusiasm and anger who would be willing to use that in the 'progressive' cause.
It is clear that if the agitator organizers had their way, police would have been firing tear gas into a Latino crowd that included little children. Just think how this would have 'inflamed' the Latino community. That is their strategy.
From my perspective, you folks were the clear winners in this confrontation precisely because of the response your presence evoked. My question to you is whether you are willing to push hard to get this sort of footage on national media and whether you are willing to take more personal risks to defend this nation. There can be no doubt that you are up against a militant force that has alliances even with Islamists. The Aztlan web site, along with statements made at the event, have made this abundantly clear. I get the feeling that you may need to continue these sorts of events, perhaps even returning to Baldwin Park in greater numbers (with greater risk), and increase the effort to get national media attention.
If you would like to try to get mainstream airing of the footage, we can provide you with a copy of the tapes or even an edited segment. I suggest a massive email campaign to FOX news, the only station even remotely likely to air it. There was a FOX cameraman at the event but I am pretty sure he wasn't getting the juicy stuff.
It's time to get the word out."
BTTT
check this out! grrrr!
FOX's weekend guy - Brian - has been asking for interesting video .. it's worth a try!
Good idea, if they'll (FBI, Homeland Security) pay attention, that is.
If not, let Rush, Sean, Hewitt...heck send it in to Savage too...let them bang their collective drums and expose these treasonous dirt-bags for what they are!
Baldwin Park is in Los Angeles...
The usual Leftist organizations were deeply involved with this.
See the keywords for earlier threads.
No, Baldwin Park is over 2 hours south east of Santa Barbara.
S.B. used to be known as "Reagan Country" once upon a time. Gorgeous little conservative, upscale, seaside town, at least once upon a time it used to be.
Probably much more liberal now than 20-30 years ago.
Ping to ya...
Jackson Heights , Patterson
keyword, I rounded up a few threads under that keyword....
This was also a big event out here:

"Why not agree to give LA back?"
If they take back LA they have to take San Francisco to it MUST be a package deal!!!
Newsweek wouldn't air it since the producer isn't anonymous.
bookmark for later
their planning doesn't surprise me in the least. It's pretty spot on exactly what the leftists here do for their protests as well. I'm sure the anarchists, mechas, greenpeace, and the rest get their training and plans from the same masters.
Who funds those agitators is something to be looked at.
U.S.-Mexico Border 2012 Framework
Just FYI, when they speak of the BORDER REGION, if you go to the EPA website you find in the archives, the Border XXI REGION. The border between the U.S. and Mexico has been replaced by a shaded zone running between the two countries.
Tell me, how many people have heard of the BORDER REGION project and how it is tied to NAFTA and immigration policy??

TxDOT eyes La Entradas potential (Trans-Texas Corridor) aka, Illegal Alien Highway
Quoting from CorridorWatch:

See HB-3363 Note Below - Updated March 20, 2005
Without advance public notice, and announced late on the last day for legislative bills to be filed without the Governor's approval, TxDOT Officials joined by Governor Perry and Federal Highway Administrator Mary Peters signed a 342-page agreement with Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte SA (Madrid, Spain) to create a master plan to finance and build the TTC-35 Trans Texas Corridor generally parallel to IH-35 from the Valley to the Red River. Despite growing concerns over the TTC project, Governor Perry and state officials are charging ahead as quickly as possible to build the first 600-mile segment of the 4,000-mile Trans Texas Corridor. Portions of this agreement are being kept secret under the guise that they contain proprietary business information. CorridorWatch.org believes in open and transparent government.[snip]

La Entrada al Pacifico, or Gateway to the Pacific
From Presidio to the Pacific
In 2003, Mexico will complete a major section of a new trade corridor to Texas, the La Entrada al Pacifico, or Gateway to the Pacific. The new route is expected to increase trade between the U.S. and Mexico--particularly in Mexico's largest state, Chihuahua--by providing a highway from Chihuahua to Presidio, Texas.
Texas already has most of the necessary infrastructure in place to take advantage of trade opportunities as they develop in Chihuahua. While some projects are in the works to accommodate increased trade in Texas, the majority of the La Entrada effort is taking place

President Fox declared yesterday that he will personally lead the new agency he named "Consejo Nacional para las Comunidades Mexicanas en el Exterior" (National Council for Mexican Communities Abroad). The "Council" will consist of the president, most of the cabinet secretaries and a, as of yet unnamed, representative from Aztlan.
