Maybe. And it's also I believe, because Asians are generally more conservative then other minority groups (especially the Vietnamese). Exception in areas like extremely liberal cities...like San Francisco (where EVERYONE is liberal. Or almost everyone). But even here, I think Asians are more conservative since unlike certain groups, Asians don't ask for handouts, and own quite a lot of businesses, and are generally more successful then other groups that have been here longer (my parents are first generation immigrants who, pretty much came here with little, and are not pretty well off).
In a city that lacks a true conservative candidate, best choice would be Hahn.
