If you're talking about when he wished the caller got AIDS and died. That might have been over the line. But there was a case here in Philadelphia where Christian protesters at a gay pride event where being prosecuted for just being there. The DA was even quoted as saying the Bible was hate speech! Finally a higher court judge threw it out. I even got through to Rush's call screener and he said Rush probably knew about it but didn't think anyone else would care. Unbelievable.
