Contact these organizations and inform them of what some of their money was used for. If they don't see any problem with it, boycott them!

"AIDS Action Committee" include the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association
The American Cancer Society is a charitable tax-exempt corporation in the eyes of the IRS. I'd bet that the American Diabetes Association is as well. Some enterprising lawyer, I'm sure, could sue these groups for mishandling of funds, perhaps?
They need to stick to goals consistent with their names.
