there is no reason why Coleman cannot get angry as part of his rebuttal and questioning. in fact, it would be refreshing. there is no reason why these hearing have to be sterile environments - let's get down and dirty.

My own thinkig is Coleman was more effective by maintaining a cool and professional demeanor as the emotional Galloway time and again sought to direct personal commentary Coleman's way.

Umbrage trumps documentation as far as the MSM is concerned. It will be interesting to see how the major networks cover it on the TV nightly news. I bet we will see more of the diatribe than the facts. Better television.

Then Coleman needs to get busy and present documentation that Galloway actually profited.

Otherwise the story of the day is Americans alleged to have made more Iraq kickback profits than the rest of world together and even this one Brit we went after turned out to be unsubstantiated.

BTW, I hope this doesn't make me too cynical but I assumed all along in any UN program there would be abuses and the more of that money that came back to the states, the better... but then I'm not in the press.
