When one is guilty before a court it is the delibrateness of the procedings that makes the buttcrack sweat.
It's really sad to consider the potential fireworks if Paul Volker's inquiry were HALF as deliberate as this one.
Mr. Volker has not covered himself in glory on this one (does that win "understatement of the year" award?).
