I saw Arnold announcing enough signatures on some of the other measures he likes about a week ago. So, we'll see! I hope he's serious and committed to at least this as it is "something!"
I just wish he'd waited and put the Sierra-Nevada CONservancy on the ballot to at least give us a fighting chance, but he's not that considerate when granting favors to Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.!!!

I like those initiatives, too. I like parental notification also. I hate the borrowing buried in his "spending reform" bill, though, and I'm still not convinced having judges draw districts is an improvement.
