I wrote this originally on another thread, mostly as a joke. However, when I reread it, I actually felt inspired.
I think I will repost this from time to time when morale -- especially mine -- is flagging on Free Republic.

But other than that, the parallel is apt. I especially like the part about using their guts to grease our SUVs. Liberals don't have much in the way of guts, so it would take a LOT of them for say an Expedition ...

Well done General. Brings tears to my eyes. The only other thing is to add a "Battle Hymn of the Republic" MIDI. You SHOULD post it periodically. It doesn't matter to me if Patton ever actually gave that speech, the sentiments are outstanding. And I think it is something he WOULD say!
