[No Blue States]

In the 70s as a kid it sounded so far fetched that parents would murder their children and children their parents. I have to harden my heart to keep from getting depressed over stories like this, it does seem to be happening more and more often Esther. Weekly.

One wonders how this mothers life (and consequently the sons life)would have turned out had she gave it to The Lord. I dont mean to sound preachy, truth is I am backsliden but still believe.

I know, you just want to shake your fist at the Lord and ask Him why He allowed this to happen, why He did not step in and fix it. Just keeping holding on to Him, reading His Word regardless of what happens, no matter what is going on all around us, no matter who whispers lies into our ears. He is a loving, good, merciful, caring Lord who DOES have a plan, a perfect plan, even though we cannot make sense of it or understand it sometimes. We just must continue to trust Him.
