But his mother is going to have hell to pay, literally.

Is Illinois still using the death penalty, or does Texas need to take custody of ole Mom here?

Im not sure about IL, but if we could get a change of venue to Texas her life expectancy will be greatly reduced.

As insane and horrible as this is, it is probably best not to give her the death penalty. Remember, she has a second child, and he could still visit her in the big house. He would know what she has done, but to deprive him of his mother via death is a cruelty. Even is he is ported off to foster care, he would always know his mother is somewhere.

When he gets older and comes to terms with this, he will probably have many questions and much anguish, for which she should have to answer.

If there were no other children involved, I would say fry her. I am a big believer in the death penelty, but in this case not for the sake of the other child.
