Which federal responsibilities does he plan to return to the states?

Does he plan to grow the military? Does he plan to shut down more bases?

Is he someone I should get behind or is he just another placeholder?

He won't run for President. He has said on numerous occasions he has no desire to run for any political office. They have been trying to get him to run for Governor of Arizona and he has said no. Now the state GOP is trying to get his wife to run for Governor.
