If he is serioius about reverting to his pre-AlGore stances (you can never be sure), you don't want to replace him with an ultra-liberal like CT AG Blumenthal who will bide his time as our next governor--ugh.
We have a chance to pick up the seat...but in the long run, a hard left Dem there is still better for the GOP..look..the Dem party will pull further to the left...allowing the GOP to expand its base..
