I am curious to see who the GOP will put up against Ford. No one good comes to mind, except maybe Van Hilleary who ran for governor. I am sure there is someone in Nashville that local people there would recognize, but, being in East Tennessee, I am not aware of yet. Right now, Ford has the name recognition and the media behind him. I even see him some on Fox. He says the right things, but he doesn't mean them. Kinda like Obama.
