you know, the one point that nobody is talking about, is that when these judges DO finally get a vote..they all may wee get 60+ votes...all 55 GOP plus many redstate dems..so the whole Dem argument about "minority " rights in the Senate gets negated...Searchlight has led them over the cliff
how sweet would that be ..we get the judges and Red State Dems have to go in lock-step against Owen and Brown over the 2006 cliff..
They can all have fun explaining their opposition...
