The problem here is that there is the intersection of the set of possible judges that we find acceptable and those that the Lunatic Left find acceptable is the null or empty set. There is no chance of compromise when there is no one that fits the definition of acceptable for both sides.

So, we either get no judges, or we eliminate the filibuster.
