The Neals expect to be fined starting Saturday because they couldn't finish sodding, and their seed hasn't had time to grow. The head of Lantana's code enforcement told WPBF the town's given them the appropriate amount of time to improve the property and they will make no exceptions.

Home owners associations and town code enforcers are the worst of the worst.

YES... someone called code enforcement for my mom putting down pavers in her driveway and my next door neighbor for having a covered car in her own garage!

Where are their neighbors in this? Would'nt it be nice if neighbors came over to help with the lawn because this guy was in Iraq?
