Anyway, all he has to do is fix it as time allows, stop in on the evening council meeting at city hall and request a dismissal. With the news article and his Iraq service they'll drop the fines. It seems like that means,, kiss the ass of the thugs to regain some of his rights. And depend on his past service and publicity to give him an edge with them that others do not enjoy.
The tyranny of our neighbors is the fastest growing threat to what is left of our liberty and rights.

My response has been directed to those members who feel homeowners have some right to violate association codes and destroy property values.Anyone who buys property which can be under the control of a group of thugs deserves the loss of rights that accompanies it.

This is West Palm Beach. These people have no common sense. Heck, they don't even know how to vote.
A disturbing trend I've noticed here in Florida is that towns are making sworn Police Officers into Code Enforcement officers.
Truly, government at the point of a gun.
