I stand by my statement.FDR took office in Mar 1933.We entered WWII after Pearl Harbor in early 1942.If Roosevelts pseudo socialist program was so great why did it take WWII to actually lift us from depression.
The fact is it was post war activity that pulled us,and the rest of the world from economic decline,Roosevelt had little to do with it.

If Roosevelts pseudo socialist program was so great why did it take WWII to actually lift us from depression. It took WWII to pull everyone out of the Depression...just like it took the Black Death to pull Europe out of an earlier funk. Something sobering to think about...but in any case we did better than most during those tough times thanks to Roosevelt.
