I'm sorry, but Medved refuses to see that those who can do, those who can't, whine about it.

Medved, like most critics, has real issues.

Face it, as Mel Gibson proved with Passion, if you make it GOOD, people will go and see it.

And, as Left Behind proved, if you make it on the cheap, in 6 months, you can buy it out of the bargain DVD bin at Walmart for $5.99.

Seriously, all this whining about how the Hollywood Liberals are making movies against Conservatives is such hogwash. Don't like it? Write a GOOD Script, Go out and secure Representation (Writer's Agent) Get Finacial Backing, go through all the headaches and stress of Pre through Post Production, and get your opus Produced and distributed.

Now, don't forget to make certain that each and every member of your Cast and Crew is Lock Step Politically with everything you think ahead of time. That would include your Out of Company Vendors (Suppliers, EFX People, Catering, etc).

All the while realizing that for a movie to begin making a profit, a movie needs to make 3 times it's budget.

Face it, there is Conservative Money out there, and lot's of it. If you want "Conservative Movies" that rival the likes of Star Wars, then go make them.

Or, you can follow Medved's lead and spend years hobnobbing with Conservatives complaining about how few Conservative Movies there are coming from the Evil Liberals in Hollywood.

And you know this how? Have you ever tried getting your hands on some of that conservative money? Those funds are pretty tight with the purse strings.

If you want "Conservative Movies" that rival the likes of Star Wars, then go make them.

Why didn't I think of that??!!! It's so SIMPLE!! Or maybe I'll just become president instead. Or a billionaire who finances conservative causes. Or a double-naught spy. Who'da thunk it was so easy???!

OK. I wrote a very strong script that took two years to research and a year to write and polish. I have assembled a wonderful cast who are in rehearsal now. I have the locations secured. One is a beautiful and remote 3,000-acre ranch in the mountains of Idaho. Another is the most authentic replica frontier fort in the U.S.

I have a topnotch cinematographer. I have stunt horsemen. I have topnotch location sound recording experts. I have hundreds of Native American horsemen mobilized. I have plenty of era military reenactors with their own equipment and weapons. I have a wonderful soundtrack already recorded. Some songs include those I have written and produced myself.

The story is based upon an amazing true event from 1867 and is an action Western with plenty of fighting, drama and romance.

It is a passionate story of courage, humor, tragedy, honor, the power of leadership when all seems lost and of the strength of true love. It also contains unapologetic elements of Christian faith.

Every person in this project is committed heart and soul after reading the script and none are liberals.

These are real knock-around guys who will be marvelously portraying real knock-around guys. There is one incredibly beautiful and courageous young woman portraying an incredibly beautiful and courageous young woman of the frontier.

I nearly have the whole package put together through an enormous amount of my own work and with a small army of talented people assisting.

Where did you say these conservative movie financiers are hiding? If there are conservative movie financiers out there, I'd enjoy talking to them.

Hollywood has little interest in even considering making the kinds of Westerns many of us have watched and loved for years.

The market for Westerns on DVD is incredibly strong, even the more obscure older titles. Hollywood pretends there is no market for Westerns anymore.
