During "N. Korean Human Right Festival" at Usuk University, a coed is playing a "Throw water balloons at Kim Jong-il."

Kinda' like those old arcade games in the 70s and 80s in South Korea with images of Kim il-Sung and Kim Jong-il....you'd slug those images on the red, padded target (the 'punch pad'), with a good right jab or left cross as hard as you could.
If it were delivered poweful enough to impress the arcade machine, you 'hit the buzzer' and/or your money came back to you in the coin slot.
While a plebian amusement requiring little strategy or brain power, nevertheless--great to both publicly express one's inherent sense of Anti-communism on the one hand, and also to impress one's girlfriend, real or would-be, just after a few brews at the local 'Hof').
