Look, my fellow Freeper, the man was not nominated by a qualified person. Can you understand that? I can nominate YOU for the Nobel Peace Prize, but it won't mean a thing, and you won't be a nominee. I'm not qualified to nominate you. Neither was the congressman who "nominated" the good doctor.
