I have to disagree with you inquiry. There are no green house gases unless you think there is actually global warming attributable to them.

I'm HOPING they're smart enough to know that their actions aren't going to cause a huge difference in greenhose gasses. I'm thinking they're mostly trying to score political points. After all it is all Bush's fault.
