Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania to create parliamentary assembly.
ITAR TASS ^ | 13.05.2005

LVOV, May 13 (Itar-Tass) - Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania have decided to create a Joint Parliamentary Assembly.

The speakers of the Ukrainian Supreme Rada, Lithuanian Seimas and Polish Sejm – Vladimir Litvin, Arturas Paulauskas and Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz – signed an appropriate joint statement in the west-Ukrainian city of Lutsk on Friday.

Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania “are going to increase their contribution to the broadening of the regional cooperation,” the document says. The countries “understand the necessity of working jointly on the implementation of Ukraine’s plans for European and Euro-Atlantic integration.”

A statute of the assembly will determine the composition, framework of reference and principles of activity of the organisation. All the necessary documents will be ready by the time a constituent session of the assembly is held in Kiev this year.

Polish-lithvinian ribs? There are reasons. They tried to invade Russia many times until Russia cutted them on pieces.

hahaha Funny how you giving all credit for that to Russia and forget about your allies Germans and Austrians. Alone Russians would never conquer the Commonwealth.

"First Poland and Ukraine, tomorrow the world." --Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus

SO I presume Russia has now to restore Estern Prussia. All preconditions are here for it.

Russia and Germany has to establish Russo-German baltic republic on lands of Kaliningrad anclave. Just as counterbalance to new Rzhch Pospolita.

It may be first step for next russo-german allience. I think Putin and Shreder already think about it.

He said it to me privately, in his guest quarters before his first inauguration. ;)

I’m glad that you see that Russia alone is not enough strong to counterbalance to new commonwealth. Russian alliance with Germany would not be surprising for me but if you want to be allied with Schroeder then better do it now cause soon he will be out. And this will be the end of the socialistic alliance dream. :-)

If new commonwealth as member of Nato of cause not. BUT if to ally with Germany and reestablish Estern Prussia then it would be very smart geopolitical step for Russia.

Germany in East Europe will be good competitor for new commowealth. After it was "evil" Stalin who destroyed Eastern Prussia. We all have to correct his misdeeds:).

And this will be the end of the socialistic alliance dream. :-) ==

WHere you see socialism in it? It is good capitalism.

New Estern Prussia will be russo-german state and very effective in economic area. German technology and russian workforce and cheap resources (Russia may supply new state with energy by internal prices).
So new state will be most strongest economically in baltics. The contingent of german troops together with russian troops there will keep stability of region.
Of cause new Estern Prussia will be the member of EU.

Of cause Germany may ask to return thier old land in Pomerania and Russia may support this request:).

Dream on Ivan, dream on :)==

If your dream about new "Rzhch Pospolita" comes true then why not my "dream"? Since it is not "dream" but pure business.
Why not Russian and Germany come to new mutual project and recreate New Eastern Prussia if it will be profitable for both? It happened many times before.
If Poland and Lithvinia come to new mutual project then why not Russia an Germany?

Besides by participating in creation of new estern Prussia, Russia will overturn that so-"hated" Yalta accord completely. SO she will do what Poland "dreamed" for last decade. I hope Poland will be satisfied with Russia and stop bickering.

I see only pluses not minuses for everyone. You?

Well, I don’t must to dream about Rzeczpospolita because I’m living in now.

I don’t know if the Germans would like to be allied with something such unstable like today’s Russia. Russia has more problems than all EU countries together.

I understand that you want to expel all Russians from Kaliningrad oblast? That is Stalinist tactic, I’m shocked.

No they will become citizens of new russo-german baltic state. It will be mutual project with Germany. Part of Germany and accosiated part of Russia. Same as mutual property.

Slowly, I don’t get it. There will be any Germans in oblast in your project? And this Baltic state will be independent or part of the big Russo-Germany?
