Dems and muslims are not among my favorite people, but my fear of this charge is greater than my dislike of undesireables.
Mere existence of an image, regardless of how it got there is a federal crime with jail time at the discretion of the prosecutors.

In any case, merely the charge is capable of ending your life as you know it.

Anyone with even the slightest expertise in the web and computers will instantly know what a fatal bomb waiting to explode that is. And if we use the web at all, we are all at risk.

The persons immediate resignation and lack of a denial leads me to believe that the images didn't accidentaly get on his computer.
