If Brunswick is going, I think Whidbey is bulletproof (for now).

Naval Air Station Whidbey Island losing 34 military billets but adding 173 civilan jobs for a net gain of 139.

Any word on NAS Whidbey?

Ever been there? Hubby and I lived there in the 80's when he was attached to a tactical electronic warfare squadron. It's beautiful. By far Puget Sound is the best area in the continental U.S.
