Senator Allen on Tony Snow's show said that he will be having a press conference at 10am today w/3 legal experts to explore whether Reid's action is illegal. He also said that if it is, then he will file an ethics charge against Reid w/the ethics committee.
Thanks! I was hoping I misunderstood what Allen said and of course, he has to hedge his words on air until the situation has been thoroughly looked at.
