Tony said they called teh Border Patrol to try to get a spokesperson on. They were told no spokesman would speak with Tony's show today, tomorrow or ever!

Absolutely. They might as well have come on Tony's show and announced "yep, it's all true, we told them not to arrest too many people"

And on this judicariry activism in Nebraska, Tony is right, soon the public will begin to look at the judiciary as their enemy. I can so easily see this is or will be happening.
