Does anyone know the status of the charges filed against him by the FAA for illegally shutting down an Airport without notifying the aviation authorities?

A liberal pilot friend of mine (yes, we are friends - he is an honest liberal) was extremely outraged by Daley's land grab, and was very surprised to recall that this was the same Richard Daley who kept algore's post-election campaign going.
Daley is evil.

Google Maps can't find Meigs using a search for "Meigs field", but if you pan over to the right spot on their satellite imagery it's still there. Some nice things about out-of-date satellite imagery.
