Harry Reid will not be censured. He's a Democrat. And Republicans do not dare apply the rules to a Democrat. Sure the Republicans will whine and cry foul, but they won't do anything about it.

The way to do this is to embarrass the media. They were falling all over themselves indignant that some anonymous source would mention Valerie Plame (and not by name). Why are you not outraged, Tim Russert? And, as Raymond Donovan once said, "Where do I go to get my good name back"?

Last Senate censure I can remember was Thomas Dodd (D-CT and father of Christopher 'Waitress Sandwich' Dodd). I think the vote was 92-5, so a lot of Democrats joined in.

The censure was for malfeasance with campaign funds.

If the Senate applied those standard today, a lot of Dims would be in line for a censure. Including sHrillary.
