There's something here I don't understand AT ALL--can someone look at this and tell me what it looks like to you?

From the Times article:

Confidants of Judge Saad said yesterday that the judge would release the file but that he has never seen it, let alone obtained copies of it. Judge Saad is not permitted to see the file, Senate staffers said.

Can you be accused of somethingin an FBI report and NOT BE ALLOWED TO SEE IT nor CONTEST IT? Pardon the caps, but I'm completely amazed--I thought we were all allowed to see our own FBI files. How can you defend yourself against something you don't know exists?

Amazing how the Dems immediately start asking for civility in both chambers after a Pub discloses documented quotes and prior voting history of a fellow Senator or Congressman when bills are debated on the floor of either house.

Typical Left BS. Two-faced behavior bordering on complete stupidity and complete lack of character.

FBI files should be kept closed unless a specific incident was documented by the courts (conviction given) or a subcommittee released documented and verifiable findings of such an incident.

Great example of how not to be a 'Fine Gentleman' in the Senate.
