I dont see where you can hold the Pres. directly responsible for what some individuals do. I do not see where it's posted that it's a Border Patrol policy not to enforce the laws in the Tucson sector either. Bush did not write the laws and policies of BP. Concgress did. Shining some light on underperformers does not make this an impeachable offense.
