Maybe not, but it is pretty clear that the panel has gotten an earful from Americans across the country about how bad the current system is.

Senator Mack said last Wedneday at the hearing that not a single respondent suggested that the current system is just fine and that no reform was needed.

I missed your answer on how the feds would know if a corporation was doing the purchasing for their CEO's as compensation...
Would there be audits of corporations like CNN for example who aren't subject to a sales tax and the CEO's who work for them or not?
Without audits, how would you catch them?
