When it comes to weight problems, the BIGGEST problem is portion sizes.That is one thing about American restaurants that annoys me to now end. I don't think I've been able to finish a meal in a US restaurant since about 1996.

MY problem is the opposite. I have become accustomed to the large portions and it has been hard to stop.

I went to Olive Garden last weekend and they gave me enough cappelini to feed three people.
My husband accuses me of sounding like the guy in Ghost Busters, who mentioned the cost of everything. Me, I mention things like calories per portion size....
