In the parcel pick-up and delivery business, you usually get what you pay for. Company-wide, DHL's service numbers don't even come close to FedEx. So, you've opted to roll the dice with DHL. Odds are it will eventually catch up with you.

and when it does...I will do what any smart person does...I will for an alternative...but until proven otherwise they have my trust and my business.
