Well I don't care.
They offer a better service for the price and as an American Consumer and Businessman I refuse to pay for crappy service. UPS and FedEx will get my business when they earn it back...or when DHL proves to no longer be effective.
Its the same reason I don't buy American made cars anymore...I can't justify paying more for less. Plus DHL employs plenty of Americans...

DHL is not one of my favorites right now- I was sent a critical package via DHL that never made it to me. The company first tried to blame me saying that the address was wrong and did not exist. Only after a couple of weeks of going back and forth did they admit that they had lost the package.
