Lugar has the first hour..he siad he would speak..make the record, then give about 30 minutes to Voinovich..I'm pretty sure that Lugar THIS TIME knows what George will say..
I hope that Lugar knows where all his republicans stand this time. No surprises!
I know Lugar isn't the most electric speaker, but he is batting down everyone of the charges that the dems have thrown out so far....
But, what do you want to bet that the dems will act like he hasn't said ONE word and will bring all of these discounted rumors as FACT.
