Before this is over, I wouldn't be suprised if this goes to the courts. As it should, but with our Supreme Court, that uses international law instead of our Constitution, I don't have any faith in them either.

Why would this go to the courts?
Does anybody really want the courts to decide who the senate can apporove? That would really break down the seperation of powers.
