Every time Frist wants to get a word in, Byrd says NO- I have the floor---
He is saying that Frist is denying freedom of speech in the US. Senate---when was that ever discussed...in fact, Frist offered 100 hours per nominee...that is a heckof alot of speech---
Frist just asked again,,,and Byrd just said NO NO NOt NOW---Byrd is filibustering right now!
