>>Neocons like Condoleeza Rice? Get a clue. I think you are a troll.<<
And I think you are inclined to personal attacks when a reasoned argument would do better.

Miss Marple, do you have a link to that Novak story? I'm not finding it....

Not antagonize them? Powell and Albright were on bended knee for the past decade.
Been there, done that, it does not work.
The UN needs a US Amb with strength, and one who can resist the urge to constantly make decisions according to the NYT editorial board, and one who is unapologetic about US power and sovereignty.
The UN Amb must be there to protect the US from our enemies who reside in and have an unnatural, undeserving, and dangerous stature at the UN.

Biden doesn't want to extend the time past the allotted gasbagging hour of 3PM Eastern, (Laura Ingraham butt monkey) BUT he does have more he wants to say...

I was also told that we will see some surprising defections when it comes to the Nuclear option. If this person is correct, then we can give up right now. Per my tagline, this has been obvious since Clinton's impeachment show trial.

>>Let me guess you think Jimma Carter would make a great UN Ambassador??<<
Of course not, you need someone who would be effective at promoting the President's policies.

So glad you're still here!!

John Bolton is not a neo-con. He is an old-fashioined "America's interests first" kind of diplomat, a throwback to the days before foreign policy got so PC and partisan.
You are misunderstanding either Mr. Bolton's background.
To: You Dirty Rats
Steyn is right - the Tories need to be much more assertive about crime and Europe. The analysis of UKIP's impact was spot on - I was very upset to see how many seats they handed over to the Lib Dems.

I know, this must seem awfully tame compared to what Tony Blair has to go through during his questioning period!!
I am always amazed at how quick Blair is with an answer for every question.

Yeah, in England they actually debate. Here they just blow hot air. What passes for "debate" here is impossible to listen to. Maybe that's why they do it.

All I want from McVoinovich is to have Bolton voted out of committee. I fully expected him to grandstand. Expect the same from McHagel and McChafee. Just get him out of committee and at the U.N.
The actions of these three will be remembered at their election, Tony is correct about that.
To: Txsleuth
Politics should be savage - particularly on the politicians.
One of the great glories of Parliament is that the weak are killed and eaten.
