Ya know, I turned little Georgie off after I got his drift, then just watched your comments to get word on his vote. I literally was going to throw up if I kept watching him. Reading your quotes of him I see he got worse and worse and worse. Voinivich is mentally unsound. Yep, let me be the first one to say it. This is another Jeffords only maybe worse. The fact that he trashes him with every lying Dem talking point, then says ok, I'll vote him out of committee to the floor, is the most bizarre and mentally sick thing imaginable for him to do. Get the men in the white coats. And I'm with you. I hope Voinivich is punished as severely as possible by the Pubbies, and if he becomes a Democrat, GOOD. He is a perfect fit!!!!!

I actually like what Voinovich did in this respect, He's giving the full Senate a chance to vote on Bolton. This will be good for talking points next week when the judges come up (not that the rats will listen ...)
The Dems will now pivot and say this shows Bush's arrogance in nominating Bolton...BTW..early talk today about the nuclear option..GOP has lot 4..McCain, Chafee, and the two Maine dingbts..the Pigeon sisters..on the fence supposedly are Warner, Hagel, and Spector..the consensus is that thetwo committe chairs will NOT go against Frist...and that Hagel, if he wants to run for the WEH, wouldn't dare..so it sounds like the GOP has 51 rock solid..

Actually, the President is probably wishing he had not let the neocons talk him into Bolton but there is no choice but to support him.

I think most of the senators are a bunch of prissy, panty-waisted, elitist, effete, snobbish, girly-men (and women) with inflated egos, and low self-esteem. I hate the senate. Off topic, but I wish the girly-man Fist would have the nerve to push for the abolition of the filibuster entirely. It is such an unfair, anti-democratic rule.
Now, class, does it worry us if Biden doesn't approve of Bolton for the UN?
He won as an independent, didn;t he..can they indict him for treason, or toss him out of Parliament..

This doesn't mean Voinovich will vote for him in committee.
Voinovich said he should be moved out of committee without a recommendation. Voinovich could vote against him causing a tie vote which could (if agreed upon by committee) move the vote out of committee without recommenation.

It is called an up or down vote. At the least Bolton deserves that.
I wonder why the chair lets Vonavavich speak so early? Why don't RINO's speak last? perhaps there is a strategy here I'm missing. Maybe - get the RINOs out of the way and then end with the real meatdogs?
The problem is, he said the most horrible and untrue things about John Bolton. He is trying his best to destroy the man. This is sick and wrong.
