Benito Juarez is one of the few leaders, the total of which can be counted on the fingers of ONE hand, who truly cared about the people. He was a good man and what he did was GOOD for Mexico. That is a fact, plain and simple. If his plan would have been upheld, Mexico would have had a chance. As it is now, it's a joke and everyone knows it.
