"There is no front lines in Iraq."
That's a fact, as soon as they drive out the gate they are in the front lines. A lot of these units provide convoy security and many of them have women in them. No one is safe in in base camp due to rocket and mortar fire. So what ya gonna do, bar them from the war zone? Not without crippling the combat effectiveness of every unit there.

We already know that the average female lacks the stamina to fight as infantry. So to answer your question, yes--bar them serving in or assigned to a division. An alternative...and it might be the better one...would be to initiate a combat standard physical test and apply it to everybody inducted into the army...
