And the problem with you is you have an agenda and that agenda is that you think your business will go belly up with a 23% sales tax on the new houses you build. That is a very legitimate concern and I respect it. I ask you one very simple question: Do you sell more houses when the economy is good or when the economy is bad? If the fair tax makes the economy soar I should think that your business will too. Think it through. Manufacturers have stated that they would relocate to the US if they could avoid taxes (which they could do under the HR25). Who's going to build all the houses for their executives and their employees? I don't pretend to know your business but I do pretend to understand expansionary economics.

Well the problem with many people is they buy into the phony analysis by the well paid economists like Mastromarco. I can buy into that there is 20-30% embedded taxes in most consumer goods. The NRST does eliminates most of these embedded taxes, however much of the savings goes into the pocket of the employees and not into reducing the cost of the good. The biggest lie from your hired guns is they tell us the price of goods will come down the 20-30% at the same time you will get to keep all of your current paycheck. Well guess what, that is a big fat lie. Unless employees take a pay cut there is no way on God's earth that prices can come down that 20-30%. Until the hired gun experts can tell me an honest story I am not buying the stuff the spew out. Some people may fall for their smoke and mirrors, but not me. Their analysis is severely flawed and until they reconcile it, all it is useful for is to wipe your butt with.
