Are you referring to the FR html sandbox?
Not HTML sandbox as much as a thread about - well, newbie questions. There also was one that was all about the Mods - a real funny one, I used to send it to people.
I can't find any of it, I did save stuff on a disk which is, I think, in a pile somewhere around here.
